What ice-point actually does

The mechanism fits in one breath. Broad-spectrum light passes into the skin, melanin in the hair shaft absorbs it and turns it into heat, and that heat runs down to the follicle. Enough heat, often enough, and the follicle stops producing.
原理一句话讲得完。宽光谱的光打进皮肤，毛干里的黑色素吸收后转成热，热顺着毛干传到毛囊。热量够、次数够，毛囊就不再长毛。
The ice part is the handpiece head, chilled and pressed to the skin as each pulse fires. Follicle hot, surface cold. That contrast is why a pulse reads as a warm flick rather than a burn.

Where buy 6 and buy 10 fit
买六送一和买十送二怎么用
Both deals apply to sessions on the same area. Buy 6 and the seventh is free. Buy 10 and the last two are free, so 12 sessions for the price of 10. Roughly 14 and 17 percent off the per-session rate.

Worth saying out loud: on one area, a package usually still costs more than the unlimited year. Six underarm sessions is $300 and gets you seven; the unlimited year is $208 and gets you twelve months. Packages suit people moving between areas, or stocking up on maintenance after a course.

Our service page says near-painless and we stand behind it, though near is carrying weight there. What you feel is a quick warm snap, closest to a rubber band flicked against skin, with the cold of the head right behind it.

This is the question sitting behind most of the searching, so here it is without the gloss. Light-based treatment produces permanent reduction, not the permanent removal of every hair you own. After a full course most people are left with hair that is finer, lighter, slower and patchy enough to forget about for months.

What it cannot do is argue with hormones.
